How My Coaching Journey Began

Vanessa Vining brings three decades of diversified strategic and purposeful experiences in marketing and advertising. She has held leadership roles in Account Management, Strategy, Media, Investment, DE&I and Supplier Diversity. As a transformational leader, she is regarded as a thought leader, speaker, mentor, coach, and advisor.

Over the year’s her passion for helping people find their SUPERPOWER and VOICE grew. This led her to launch Coaching Life’s Journey LLC to provide a safe space and the opportunity to have conversations that profoundly change lives to fuel personal and professional growth.

Vanessa received her Coaching Professional Certification (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC, a International Coaching Federation (IFC) accredited coach training program.
